Ian received his photographic training at Sydney Technical College in Sydney Australia. He moved to Vernon BC in 1982.      Ian Bull Photography has been offering fine portrait and wedding photography in Vernon BC and the Okanagan areas for the past 15 years. The Vernon BC studio operates as a residential studio that works only by appointment to ensure that the client always receives full attention.      Ian specializes in Family, Children, and Wedding portraiture and is a member of the Professional Photographers Associations of both BC and Canada, also the National Association of Photoshop Professionals. Ian was awarded "best portrait of a man" at the Professional Photographers Association of BC 2007 convention. Ian has also earned national accreditations with the PPOC in "Environmental Weddings", "Environmental Portraiture", and "Child Portraiture", Ian has also been awarded his CPA (craftsman in photographic arts) by the PPOC. He regularly attends conventions, workshops and seminars to keep up to date with the changing styles and technological advances.      Working mostly on location in the Okanagan and Vernon area, Ian is known for his natural-looking portraiture. The images are not stiff and uncomfortable but relaxed with a casual feeling.
